- Promoting all program in a store
- Responsible for achievement of the store
- In charge for all staffs under his/her supervision
- Manage Inventory/stock
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Hold minimum D3 degree
- Have minimum 2 years experience as Team Leader/Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor in retail store operations, preferably in Healthcare - Pharmacy
- Willing to work with shift system (weekends included)
- Willing to be relocated to other stores
- Strong leadership, good communication & service skill
- Having knowledge about promotion program in store
- Proficient in English, spoken and written
- Computer Literate
- Energetic & willing to work based on retail business hours and used to work under pressure
